Our History

Chris and Nicole Corsair were married in 2003 and welcomed their first son, Henry, in 2006. The following spring, the couple began to pursue the dream of owning their own business. They felt that a farm and ranch store would be well-received in their community and so they began Circle C Country Supply in Louisburg, KS. Their goal was to provide quality western products at the lowest possible prices, while giving their customers the highest level of customer service. The original store was a mixture of clothing, boots, tack, feed, sporting goods and other products for farm and country lifestyles.

Over the next three years, Chris and Nicole’s family grew by two more sons, Gus and Morgan. In 2010, Chris’s brothers, Brett and Shane, joined the business and opened a second retail location in Bazine, KS, where Brett and his wife Sara reside. Shane, a full-time student at Kansas State University, devoted his weekends and summers to growing the new store. Shortly after expanding the retail business, the three brothers also spun off a wholesale division, Circle C Distributors. Their primary focus was to provide farm and ranch supplies, including brands such as Smartlic, Chicago Heights, Red Brand, Cargill, SK Hand Tools, Alemite, Parmak and many more. Circle C Distributors distributes to co-ops, farm and ranch stores, lumber yards and other similar retailers across Kansas, Nebraska, Oklahoma and Colorado.

The Corsair family continued to grow nearly as fast as the wholesale division with the addition of a daughter, Madelynne, in April 2012 for Chris and Nicole. In addition Brett and Sara welcomed their first child, Emmitt, in January 2014. Shane graduated from Kansas State University in December 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Business, and at that time he also proposed to Allison Seib who is also attending K-State. Allison will graduate in December 2015 and they will have their wedding in June 2016.

In June 2014, the Corsair family decided to close its operations in Louisburg, KS. After announcing the decision to close the Louisburg, KS store, a Louisburg couple, Richard and Shannon Lord, entered into an agreement to purchase the retail operations at the Louisburg location. In September 2014, Circle C-Louisburg officially closed its doors and Richard and Shannon Lord opened their own store named Hometown Feed & Supply. Circle C and the Corsair family wish them the best of luck and ask that all past customers continue to support the Lord's in the same manner they supported them.

With the growth of the wholesale operations continuing to grow, Circle C began to look for further growth options. So throughout 2015 Circle C and its employees began to pursue operating an online retail website. The goal was to make all of the product lines that are available on a wholesale basis for its dealers, to customers across the world on a retail business through the ever growing internet sales business. Circle C has continued to add more and more of its items to the website and will continue to pursue new and exciting product opportunities. Our goal is to provide a high quality shopping experience, which allows our customers to save money, as well as receive there items in a timely manner. The main objective with the website is to stock as many items as possible in Bazine, KS and ship these items out within one business day, and in many cases within the same business day. We hope that you will enjoy our online store and the experience we offer. If you ever have any questions please feel free to contact us.
