Return and Refund Policy

A. Internet Purchases Return and Refund Policy

1. Satisfaction Guaranteed. If you're not completely satisfied with any item you purchase from Circle C, return it to us within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase for a refund of its purchase price. In order to process your return, you will need to contact Circle C’s Returns Department, as stated in Section D, to receive a Return Authorization Number (hereinafter “RAN”). The Returns Department will need your order confirmation in order to review your order and process the RAN. Circle C will then e-mail a RAN Form that you will complete and send with the item(s) being returned. Items being returned may be sent to the returns address as specified in Section D or to any Circle C retail or warehouse location. In order for the return to be processed you must have the RAN Form and all items must be included with their original packaging in unused and unopened condition. All returns will be processed by Circle C’s returns department, therefore even items being returned to a Circle C retail or warehouse location will be forwarded to the Returns Department for processing. Please allow up to 2 weeks from when items are received by the Returns Department for processing. Except in cases where the return is the result of an order processing error or the item arrives damaged or defective, original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping fees are your responsibility. Circle C recommends all returns sent via a common carrier (i.e. UPS, FedEx, USPS) using a traceable shipping method allowing you to retain all shipping documents with tracking numbers for proof of delivery to Circle C’s Returns Department. Upon completion of return processing a refund will be made by crediting the original form of payment or via a check from Circle C’s corporate offices. In the event a discrepancy is found with a returned item, a representative from the Returns Department will contact you to discuss the situation and possibility ask for more information. After contacting you for more information, if Circle C finds that a return cannot be allowed all items will be returned to the ship-to address on your original order. Circle C reserves the right to charge a 10% restocking charge on all returns.

2. Shipping Error or Shipping Damage. If you have a return due to shipping error, defect or damage contact Circle C within 10 days of receiving the item(s). Contact the Returns Department at the telephone number or e-mail address identified in Section D and a representative will provide you with simple instructions for returning the item(s) and instructions on the proper handling of the merchandise. Please save the carton and all the packing material as well as the item. Please have the order confirmation, invoice and/or packing slip ready when you call. A copy of the invoice must accompany all returns. A replacement item will be shipped to you once the item being returned has been received. By contacting Circle C regarding a lost delivery and/or returning an item under this Section, you are (a) assigning to Circle C any and all claims you have against the carrier for lost or damaged merchandise and (b) waiving your right to assert a claim against the carrier for such lost or damaged merchandise. In some cases you may be asked to provide pictures of the damaged or incorrect merchandise before Circle C initiates the return process.

3. Manufacturer’s Warranty Returns. If you have a return for an item that has a manufacturer’s defect as covered by such manufacturer’s product warranty such instances will be referred to the manufacturer in question. Contact the Returns Department as specified in Section D and a representative will provide instructions on contacting the manufacturer and handling the situation. You understand that Circle C does not offer any type of extended warranty program; therefore you agree to hold Circle C harmless for any manufacturer’s defect on a product.

4. Returning Orders Shipped Via Common Freight Carrier. Returns for orders delivered via common carrier freight must be initiated by contacting our Returns Department as specified in Section D. For some products, an authorized service center will be contacted to repair the product.

5. Incorrect Shipping Address. In the event a customer enters the incorrect shipping address on an order, Circle C may require the customer to pay for any charges related to modifying the shipping address with the carrier and/or additional shipping charges incurred in order to make the delivery on the order complete. In the event a package is returned to Circle C due to an incorrect address, Circle C will retain the merchandise until the customer contacts Circle C to make arrangements for a new address or request a refund. Customers must contact Circle C to request a refund; refunds will not be issued automatically. Orders returned due to incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer may be subject to a 20% restocking fee and a $30 return service fee.

6. Refusal of Delivery. In the event a customer refuses the delivery of an order from Circle C and such product is returned to Circle C in the original, undamaged, unopened and resalable condition, such orders will be subject to a $30 return service fee and a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges on any such refused delivery will be completely non-refundable. Circle C will retain the refused product until the customer contacts Circle C to make arrangements for reshipment or request a refund. Customers must contact Circle C to request a refund; refunds will not be issued automatically.

B. In-Store Purchases Return and Refund Policy

Our ultimate goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Circle C. If you purchase an item from a Circle C location and you are not completely satisfied, you may return it within thirty (30) days to any Circle C location for a refund or exchange within our current return policy guidelines. If you choose to return or exchange your product at one of our retail stores, please bring your receipt or invoice with you to ensure a quick and hassle-free return. Your refund will be processed when the item being returned has been received. Refunds will be made by crediting the original method of payment or in the form of a check from our corporate headquarters. For additional assistance, visit a Circle C location or you may contact our Customer Service Department as specified in Section C and one of our customer service representatives will be glad to recommend alternative return options that may be available.
