Pharmaceutical Cold Shipment Quality Program

Items that are required to be shipped cold, such as vaccines and other pharmaceuticals, will be shipped via next day or 2 day services only. All such items will be cold packed with ice packs inside insulated packaging. The amount of ice pack used will vary depending on the seasons of the year. All cold ship items will only ship out Monday through Thursday. All orders placed before 12:00 pm (noon) Central Time will be shipped the same day. All observed carrier holidays may alter this schedule.

Circle C guarantees all items to arrive cold and in good condition. If you find that an item arrives in unusable condition, please contact Circle C Customer Service immediately at (877-262-6687877-262-6687) or by email at orders@circlecsupply.com.

All orders of cold ship items totaling $200 or more will ship for free.

Please note: All vaccines and other pharmaceuticals that are cold shipped are NOT RETURNABLE.
