This new addition to the KNIPEX Dismantling Pliers line is another multi-functional tool that can suit multiple needs. The circle cutting edge at the head of the tool has a depth limit for easy dismantling of the outer jacket without damage to inside conductors. The precision stripping holes are for stripping 1.5 and 2.5 mm2 conductors and the cutting blades are induction hardened to (approx. 61 HRC) for high wear resistance.
- For dismantling and stripping of all common round and damp-proof installation cables such as NYM cable (for metric wire only - not designed for NM or NM-B cable)
- Dismantles outer sheath of cable easily and without damage due to the circular cutting edge with depth limit
- Integrated diagonal cutters for cutting and trimming conductors, wires, small screws and nails
- 30% lighter in weight than comparable pliers
