Zoetis Lepto EQ Innovator Equine Vaccine 10 mL/10 Dose
For vaccination of healthy horses 6 months of age or older as an aid in the prevention of leptospirosis caused by Leptospira interrogans serovar pomona. Lepto EQ Innovator contains inactivated whole cultures of L. pomona with MetaStim adjuvant to enhance the immune response.
Dosage and administration: Horses, inject one 1-mL dose intramuscularly using aseptic technique.
Administer a second 1-mL dose 3-4 weeks after the first dose. Annual revaccination with a single dose is recommended.
Caution: Shake well. Use entire contents when first opened. Contains thimerosal as preservative. In case of anaphylactoid reaction, administer epinephrine.
Store in the dark at 2°-7°C. Avoid freezing. Do not vaccinate within 21 days before slaughter.
